Sat Nam Festival

This was my first experience with a pranayama based practice, it was much more intense and fulfilling than I had originally anticipated.

The sun went down and the party started. I was in complete awe watching these yogis dance.

Palm Springs to Las Vegas

We had been playing with the thought of riding to Vegas since last June. Once we realized we had a few days off and a week to plan, we loaded up the bikes and off we went.
