The Known Universe

When I was in the 6th grade I fell asleep watching Discovery Channel.

A program was being aired about the vastness of time & space. The outside stimulus was interpreting my external senses into my unconscious state. The small amount of the dream that I do remember looked something like this . . .

I was traveling incredible distances through the universe.

Instead of just marking everyone with an 'X' Mike decided to make sharpie portraits for those who paid, naturally I had to capture the moment.

I got my hands on a point & shoot during the show. It was pretty interesting to shoot in low light and have no actual controls over the camera. I think I made the best of these photos.
